What is the seller dashboard?

The seller dashboard gives you an overview of your listings’ performance, to help you sell better.

Where to find it?

From your profile, open “My items” then “Statistics”.

Available statistics

Across all your published listings, you can track:

impressions (the number of times your listings appeared),
views of your listings,
favorites,
offers awaiting a reply,
the number of active listings.

Each listing also has its own detailed statistics.

Interested members and offers

see, item by item, the members who favorited it,
find the ongoing offers on your items,
re-engage interested members by sending them a discounted offer.

How to use it to sell better?

many views but few favorites: review your price or photos,
favorites but no purchase: send an offer to interested members,
few impressions: improve your listing or use a boost.
