What happens if the buyer does not pick up their parcel on time at the Swiss Relay collection point?

As soon as the parcel arrives at the Swiss Relay collection point, the buyer has 5 days to come and pick it up.

If this deadline is missed

  • Return to depot: the parcel is removed from the collection point and sent back to the Swiss Relay central depot, where it is kept for a maximum of 1 month.
  • Loss of rights: once the initial 5-day deadline has passed, the buyer loses the right to return or withdraw from the purchase, as well as the refund of buyer fees and initial delivery costs.
  • After 1 month: if the parcel is not claimed during the month of storage at the depot, it is considered permanently unrecoverable.

How to request a redelivery?

During the month the parcel is held at the central depot, the buyer can request a new delivery. The cost will be entirely at their expense (rate of CHF 4.95).

To start this redelivery procedure, the buyer must contact support by clicking the button below.
