How do I use a promo code?

Question

A promo code is a code shared by Cyclem (campaigns, partnerships, events) that you can enter when paying for an item.

How to apply it?

at checkout, enter your code in the dedicated field,
the discount is displayed before you confirm the payment,
it applies to your order total (item, fees and delivery).

Discount types and conditions

Depending on the code, the discount can be:

a percentage of the total,
or a fixed amount in CHF.

Each code can have its own conditions:

a minimum purchase amount,
a maximum discount cap,
an expiry date,
a limited number of uses (overall and per person).

Why is my code not working?

A message explains the exact reason, for example:

invalid or no longer active code,
expired code,
usage limit reached,
minimum purchase amount not reached,
you have already used this code.

Good to know

can be combined with your wallet and your rewards,
if the payment fails or the order is cancelled, the code use is credited back to you.
