How to pay for an item on Cyclem?

Paying for an item on Cyclem is simple and secure. Payment is mandatory to confirm the purchase and initiate the transaction.

Payment only within the app

All payments are made exclusively within the Cyclem app. No cash payments, direct transfers, or payments outside the app are allowed. → This ensures buyer protection is activated.

Secure payment thanks to buyer protection

The payment is processed by Payrexx. Cyclem SA never holds the funds.

Thanks to buyer protection, the funds are:

• debited,
• blocked and secured,
• not transferred to the seller until the transaction is validated.

Link to final validation

The seller is paid only:

• after the buyer confirms receipt,
• or automatically 24 hours after delivery, if no issue is reported.

Until this step is completed, buyer protection remains active.
