What is the welcome voucher?

The welcome voucher is a CHF 5.– voucher offered to new members for their first purchase on the Cyclem mobile app.

Voucher conditions

• amount: CHF 5.–, deducted from your order total (capped at the order amount),
• valid for your first purchase only,
• valid for 2 hours after activation in the app,
• mobile app only (iOS / Android),
• Swiss Relay delivery only,
• no minimum purchase amount,
• cannot be combined with another voucher,
• 1 voucher per person and per device.

How to use it?

There is no code to enter:

• the voucher is activated when it is shown to you in the app: a 2-hour countdown starts,
• at checkout, select Swiss Relay delivery,
• the discount “− CHF 5.–” is applied automatically to your payment.

Expiry and special cases

• reminders are sent before it expires,
• after the 2 hours, the voucher expires permanently,
• if your payment fails, the voucher remains usable until its original expiry,
• if your transaction is cancelled through no fault of your own (e.g. seller cancellation), a replacement voucher is offered the next time you open the app.
