What should I do if I have an issue with my order?
Most of the time, you don’t need to do anything: buyer protection works automatically.
Cases where you don’t need to act
If:
- the item hasn’t arrived yet,
- the package is still in transit,
- the seller is taking time to ship,
Do not confirm receipt and do not intervene.
The transaction remains pending, and Cyclem handles the situation in accordance with the Terms of Use.
Cases where action is required
You only need to act in three specific situations:
1. The package shipped via La Poste is taking unusually long

2. The package is marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it
If the tracking shows delivered but the package is nowhere to be found:

(This article explains the checks to perform and the steps to follow.)
3. You receive the item but don’t want to keep it
- You must initiate a return within 24 hours of receipt,
- The return is paid and regulated.
→ After this period, the transaction is permanently validated.
