How does direct purchase work on Cyclem?

The simplest and fastest method

Direct purchase is the buying method without negotiation.

How does it work?

• 1. You press the "Buy" button.
• 2. You choose the delivery method offered by the seller.
• 3. You proceed with immediate payment in the app.

The purchase is final and binding upon payment.

What this means

• There is no price negotiation.
• The seller is informed immediately.
• Shipping or handover is initiated.

The funds remain secure until receipt is confirmed.

Transaction tracking

You can track the status of a transaction at any time from the app:

• go to the Transactions screen,
• select the relevant transaction from Ongoing transactions.

From this screen, you can:

• see the current status (pending, in progress, delivered, confirmed, etc.),
• know what the next step is,
• access available actions (message, label, shipping, confirmation).
