How do discount vouchers work?

Question

Cyclem may offer you discount vouchers on various occasions. They are linked directly to your account: there is no code to enter.

Which vouchers exist?

the welcome voucher: CHF 5.– for your first purchase,
the referral vouchers: CHF 5.–, valid for 365 days,
vouchers occasionally offered by Cyclem (rewards, campaigns, coming back to the app).

How are they applied?

one voucher per purchase: if you have several, the one expiring first is used,
some vouchers are applied automatically at checkout with Swiss Relay delivery (welcome voucher, vouchers offered by Cyclem),
others, such as referral vouchers, must be activated at checkout,
the discount is capped at the order total and cannot be converted into cash.

Where can I see my vouchers?

Your valid vouchers, with their amount and expiry date, are visible in the app, on the My Piggy Bank page accessible from your profile. Reminders are sent before they expire.

What if the order fails or is cancelled?

failed payment: the voucher becomes usable again immediately,
cancelled order: the voucher is returned to you (the welcome voucher is replaced by a new voucher to reactivate).
