How does the Cyclem Piggy Bank work?
The Piggy Bank is the space that centralizes everything you need on the money side: your Cyclem wallet, your credits and your vouchers. It is accessible from your profile page.
What your Piggy Bank contains
- your wallet: your sales earnings, ready to be withdrawn to your bank,
- your credits: the credits and gifts you have,
- your vouchers: discount vouchers and welcome vouchers.
So it is the Piggy Bank — no longer the wallet alone — that centralizes all your earnings.
Who manages the money in your Piggy Bank?
The wallet part (the actual money) is managed by Payrexx, a Swiss payment provider used by Cyclem to:
- secure payments,
- comply with legal obligations,
- manage bank withdrawals.
Cyclem has no access to your money.
Why might verification be required?
Payrexx may request:
- a Swiss (CH) IBAN,
- an identity document,
- identity verification,
to comply with Swiss regulations (anti-fraud and anti-money laundering).
