Why can't I install the Cyclem app?

Cyclem is currently only available in Switzerland.

For this reason:

• the app is published on the Swiss App Store,
• and on Google Play Switzerland only.

If your store is set to another country, the app may appear as unavailable.

How to change my App Store country to Switzerland (Apple)?

To access Cyclem on iPhone, your App Store must be set to Switzerland.

General steps:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name.
3. Go to Media & Purchases → View Account.
4. Select Country/Region.
5. Choose Switzerland.
6. Confirm the terms and conditions.

⚠ Apple may require:

• a Swiss address,
• a valid payment method for Switzerland (depending on the case).

How to change Google Play country to Switzerland?

On Android, the Google Play Store country depends on your Google account.

Note:

• the country change is only possible a limited number of times per year,
• it may take up to 48 hours to take effect.

General steps:

1. Open Google Play.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select General → Account Preferences.
4. Choose Switzerland if the option is available.

If the option does not appear, it means Google does not yet allow the change for your account.
