A refund is not instantaneous.
Expected timeframes
Once the refund is approved:
- it is processed by Payrexx AG,
- the timeframe can be up to 8 business days.
This timeframe depends on:
- payment checks,
- your bank,
- business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
A delay of several days is normal.
