When will I receive the money from my sale?

You will receive the money from your sale only after the transaction is validated.

When is a sale validated?

A sale is validated:

• when the buyer confirms receipt of the item,
• or
• automatically 24 hours after delivery, if no issue is reported.

This automatic validation is irreversible.

What happens after validation?

• The funds are not directly transferred to your bank account.
• They are transferred to your Piggy Bank — your Cyclem wallet —, accessible from your profile.
• You can then request a withdrawal whenever you wish.

• Cyclem SA never holds the money.
• The funds are secured by our payment partner until validation.
• Cyclem cannot block or expedite a payment.
