The wallet part (the actual money) is managed by Payrexx, a Swiss payment provider used by Cyclem to:

Cyclem has no access to your money.

Why might verification be required?

Payrexx may request:

• a Swiss (CH) IBAN,
• an identity document,
• identity verification,
