What push notifications can I receive?

Question

Cyclem sends you notifications to follow your transactions and never miss the items you care about — without flooding you: alerts of the same type are grouped.

Notifications related to your transactions

payment, shipping, delivery and validation of your purchases and sales,
messages, offers received and offers accepted,
reviews received.

Shopping alerts

new items from the sellers you follow (grouped into one notification per day),
new items matching your saved searches (one per day),
activity on your favorites and your cart: price drop, item coveted by other members,
favorite available again (when the seller comes back from vacation),
reminders before your discount vouchers expire,
reminder if items are waiting in your cart.

On the seller side

the daily recap of your listings: views, favorites and offers of the last 24 hours (sent only if something happened),
offers and messages received on your items.

How to manage them?

enable or disable push notifications in the app settings and your phone settings,
notifications for followed sellers and saved searches are managed individually.
