What is an automatic review?

In addition to reviews left by members, Cyclem automatically publishes a review at the end of certain transactions, to faithfully reflect everyone’s reliability.

When is an automatic review created?

Sale completed without any issue: a 5-star review is published for the seller and for the buyer. The text may highlight fast shipping or a quick parcel pickup,
Transaction cancelled for non-shipment: if the seller does not send the item on time without contacting the buyer or reporting a problem, a 1-star review is published on their profile.

How to recognize them?

they are flagged as automatic and issued by Cyclem,
they appear on the profile, together with member reviews,
they count towards the average rating,
you receive a notification when you get one.

Can they be edited?

No. Like all reviews, they can neither be edited nor deleted.
