How can I send an offer to members interested in my item?

As a seller, you can send a discounted offer to members who added your item to their favorites, to encourage them to buy.

How to send an offer?

• from the “Statistics” page (profile → “My items” → “Statistics”), check the list of interested members (favorites),
• choose the recipients (up to 50 members at a time),
• set your discounted price: it must be at least CHF 1.– below the displayed price,
• add an accompanying message (required).

What the buyer receives

• a notification and an email inform them of your offer,
• the offer appears in a dedicated conversation,
• it is valid for 7 days,
• if they accept, they complete the purchase directly in the app, at the offered price.

Rules to know

• only one pending offer per member and per item,
• the item must be published and still available,
• the buyer remains free to accept, decline or ignore the offer,
• the transaction then follows the usual process (secure payment, delivery, validation).
