Why was my listing refused or removed?

A listing may be refused or removed if it does not comply with the platform's rules, particularly if:

• the item is not allowed on Cyclem,
• the photos are not compliant (unreal, misleading, or low-quality photos),
• the description is incomplete, misleading, or false,
• the item is suspected to be counterfeit,
• the content violates respect or safety rules of the platform.

Cyclem reserves the right to remove a listing without prior notice to protect users and the quality of the marketplace.
