How does vacation mode work?

Question

Vacation mode lets you pause your seller activity when you are not available to ship, without deleting your listings.

How to activate it?

from your profile, open the settings page and tap the “Vacation mode” button, then set a start date and an end date,
the period can last up to 365 days,
you can change the dates or deactivate the mode at any time.

What happens during your vacation

your listings remain visible, but purchasing is blocked,
your profile and your listings show that you are on vacation, with your dates,
a buyer who tries to purchase is informed that your items are temporarily unavailable.

When you come back

vacation mode is deactivated automatically on the end date,
your items become purchasable again immediately,
members who added one of your items to their favorites receive an “available again” notification — a nice boost to restart your sales.

On the buyer side

If you are interested in an item but the seller is on vacation, add it to your favorites: you will be notified as soon as it becomes available again.
