How does the referral program work?

The referral program lets you earn vouchers by inviting friends and family to Cyclem — and the person you invite is rewarded too.

How to refer someone?

share your referral code, available in the app,
the person you invite enters this code when signing up,
you each receive a CHF 5.– voucher.

A second reward

When the person you invited completes their first purchase or their first sale on Cyclem, you each receive another CHF 5.– voucher.

How to use referral vouchers?

each voucher is valid for 365 days,
you activate it when paying for an item,
one voucher per purchase, capped at the order total,
not convertible into cash.

Important rules

the code must be entered at sign-up (not afterwards),
self-referral and abuse (multiple accounts, same device) are blocked,
the first purchase / first sale reward is only paid once per referred member.
